Senior Conveyancing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a large caseload of conveyancing transactions, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a substantial caseload of conveyancing transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Contribute to business development activities, including client relationship management and new business opportunities.
- Handle both residential and commercial conveyancing responsibilities, depending on experience and training.
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet departmental goals and client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments in conveyancing and property law.
- Proven experience in managing a large caseload of conveyancing matters.
- Strong background in residential and/or commercial conveyancing, as a solicitor or licensed/unlicensed conveyancer.
- Excellent client care and business development skills, with the ability to attract and retain clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing complex transactions.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
