Regional SHE Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional SHE Manager to join our team at Gleeson Homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to regional management on all matters of SHE, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and embedding a positive health and safety culture.
  • Develop and implement effective SHE policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring seamless integration with our HomeSafe operating standards.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to drive Mandatory H&S training, ensuring full compliance and promoting a positive ambassador for H&S training.
  • Lead the coordination, investigation, and reporting of regional SHE incidents, ensuring prompt close-out and follow-up guidance.
Requirements:
  • Relevant SHE qualification and experience in leading a successful residential house building operation.
  • Proven track record of developing productive relationships with stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
  • Experience of introducing policies, procedures, and systems effectively, enabling positive cultural change.
  • In-depth knowledge of H&S legislation and best practice.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
