Position Overview:

  • Manage the renewal portfolio of property and casualty accounts
  • Make informed underwriting choices, engage with both internal and external partners, and lead the team effectively
  • New joiners may qualify for a bonus of £2,500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and underwrite risks to ensure business expansion and profitability
  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts, nurture broker relationships, and provide guidance and mentorship

Qualifications for Success:

  • Preferred degree-level education
  • Demonstrated experience in underwriting
  • ACII certification is advantageous
