Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer to support our clients in resolving Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity challenges. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM controls, strategic planning, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead IAM project initiatives from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement IAM strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans across multiple IAM domains.
  • Provide expert knowledge on IAM tools and their integration with client IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes, providing clear and concise communication.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in gathering IAM requirements, developing strategies, and designing IAM solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing IAM projects successfully, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Practical experience with IAM tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Ability to analyze large-scale user data, derive insights, and create effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to establish strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance.
  • Experience in a client-facing consulting role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Visio and SQL is advantageous.
  • CyberArk Certified.
