Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Retail Platforms: Oversee Elk & Bloom's online presence across multiple retail platforms, ensuring all product listings are accurate, appealing, and optimized for conversions.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost product rankings and drive traffic to the platform.
  • Content Marketing & Creative: Develop compelling product descriptions and promotional content that aligns with Elk & Bloom's voice, collaborating with designers and photographers to create visual assets for use in ads and product listings.
  • Performance Analytics: Track platform performance and analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization, using data-driven insights to enhance product listings and marketing efforts.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are available for purchase across all retail platforms, identifying best-selling items and ensuring they are prominently featured.
  • Content & Campaign Calendar: Plan and execute a marketing calendar that includes product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with overall business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Retail Platform Management: Proven track record in managing eCommerce platforms with an emphasis on jewellery or fashion brands preferred.
  • Strong SEO & Content Marketing Skills: Expertise in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building, experience writing product descriptions, titles, and other marketing content is essential.
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure the accuracy of all product listings and content.
  • Creative Flair: Experience in developing visually appealing content, both written and visual.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar to make informed decisions.
