About the Role:
Service Care Solutions is a premier recruitment agency specializing in the Probation sector across the nation. We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Community Payback Supervisor.

Location:
Southampton

Service Type:
Community Payback

Working Hours:
37 hours per week

Contract Duration:
Ongoing

Compensation:
£18 - £20.07 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Conducting Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions.
  2. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety protocols, promptly notifying relevant personnel of any risks, and completing necessary documentation accurately and timely.
  3. Overseeing the availability of appropriate tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring safe usage instructions are adhered to by service users.
  4. Utilizing motivational techniques to encourage service users to complete assigned tasks in a disciplined manner.
  5. Monitoring attendance of service users in agency placements and fostering successful completions.
  6. Maintaining accurate records for all service users in line with organizational standards, ensuring timely updates to the case management system.

Essential Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise effectively while maintaining authority.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in a workplace or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, public protection, and risk management.

Technical Requirements:
Applicants should have:
  • A basic understanding of First Aid and a willingness to pursue further training.
  • A valid Driving Licence.

Referral Bonus:
We offer a £250 referral fee for any candidates you refer.
