Maintenance Plumber

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team at Atrium Recruitment Ltd. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks in domestic properties, focusing on plumbing and general property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend scheduled appointments to complete maintenance tasks in customer homes.
  • Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance, focusing on plumbing and general property upkeep.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various issues in residential properties.
  • Source parts and materials from local suppliers when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and report updates via a mobile device daily.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard in occupied homes, with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in plumbing or property maintenance.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear and detailed reports.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to take on a variety of tasks, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
