Certain Advantage is seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in paid search marketing, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and other paid search platforms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts
