Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Sofitel London Gatwick. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
