As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading the factory floor operations and contributing to the company's mission of delivering premium products while championing sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the achievement of site KPIs (safety, quality, efficiency, etc.)
- Foster a proactive health & safety and food safety culture, identifying and implementing improvements in daily management systems
- Conduct performance and development discussions with team members, providing coaching and technical knowledge to enhance team capabilities
- Manage data collection and analysis for continuous improvement
- Leadership experience in FMCG (chilled food experience is a plus)
- H&S qualification (e.g., IOSH), food safety qualifications (e.g., Level 3, HACCP), and an understanding of machinery and autonomous maintenance is advantageous
- Results-driven with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Lean processes (SIC, RCA), and good analytical skills
- A commitment to self-development and career growth is essential
