Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our store, ensuring that costs are contained within targets and store profitability is maximized.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the manager in the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maximize store profitability by promoting sales within the store and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working to their full potential.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
