The Role

As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

You will work closely with our team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, engaging with residents and providing support with daily tasks. Whether it's assisting with personal care, preparing meals, or simply being a friendly presence, you will make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the home is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Assist residents with daily tasks and activities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a supportive and caring environment
  • Report any concerns or issues to the management team

Requirements:

Essential:

  • A compassionate and caring nature
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • A good attention to detail and desire to ensure standards are the highest possible
  • Good understanding of health and safety as well as infection control and COSHH procedures
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • A flexible approach to working hours
