Position Overview:


Join Caval Limited as a Senior Estimator, contributing to a dynamic and expanding construction firm focused on fit-out projects within commercial and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Preliminary Cost Assessments:
Analyze project blueprints and specifications to formulate initial cost projections.
Accurate Quantity Measurements:
Conduct precise calculations and assessments of materials, labor, and equipment requirements.

Budget Formulation:
Develop comprehensive budgets, making adjustments as project details evolve.

Cost Evaluation and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for cost savings and propose efficient solutions.

Bid Development:
Create and present competitive bids, ensuring all documentation is thorough and complete.

Supplier and Subcontractor Engagement:
Solicit and assess quotes to ensure alignment with project financial plans.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Commercial, Surveying, Estimating, or Procurement
- Knowledge of fit-out processes
- Background in the construction industry
- Relevant qualifications (BSC Hons, Masters, Degree) and a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience.
