We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our client, a well-established independent estate agency, based in the Loughton area. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and tenants, while also ensuring the smooth operation of residential property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively handle situations with tenants and landlords, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislation and compliance, ensuring all property management activities are in line with industry standards.
  • Manage all aspects of residential property management, including inspections, viewings, and maintenance.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to arrange works and services for properties.
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of landlord utility and council tax bills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 months of experience as a Property Manager in an estate agency or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Full clean driving license and own vehicle for work-related purposes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a demanding workload, remaining calm under pressure.
