Concession Merchandiser

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Concession Merchandiser to join our team at Claire's. As a Concession Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the concession shop, ensuring that it is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets the company's merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel and Store Visits: Travel to various stores within your assigned route to conduct regular visits and ensure that the concession shop is well-maintained and meets company standards.
- Merchandise and Replenishment: Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits, ensuring that all products are on the sales floor and that the shop is visually appealing.
- Inventory Management: Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center and ensure that all products are accurately received and stored.
- Planogram Implementation: Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines, ensuring that the concession shop is merchandised to meet company standards.
- Stockroom Management: Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure that all products are on the sales floor.
- Promotions and Markdowns: Ensure that promotions and markdowns are in line with operational requirements and that the concession shop is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Extra Stock Organization: Organize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom) to ensure that all products are easily accessible and well-maintained.
- Card Processing: Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.
- Style Number Verification: Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure that scanning is properly executed.
- Sales Performance Improvement: Proactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performance, ensuring that the concession shop is well-maintained and meets company standards.
- Concession Area Maintenance: Ensure that the Concession area is kept clean and tidy at all times and that products are not left on the floor.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train partner team by example, demonstrating good product knowledge and ensuring that the concession shop is well-maintained and meets company standards.
- Performance Updates: Provide regular updates on performance of concessions to the Concessions District Sales Manager, providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
