Job Title: KS3 Outreach TutorJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced KS3 Outreach Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a KS3 Outreach Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive educational sessions to KS3 students in the East of England area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality educational sessions: Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students, ensuring they receive the best possible education.
  • Provide academic support and guidance: Offer one-on-one support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience and promote academic growth.
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents: Work closely with school staff and parents to ensure student success and provide regular progress updates.
  • Monitor student progress: Regularly monitor student progress and provide feedback to promote academic growth and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Relevant teaching qualification: Hold a relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or BEd.
  • Teaching experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with KS3 students.
  • Strong communication skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Knowledge of the KS3 curriculum: Have a strong understanding of the KS3 curriculum and educational best practices.
Working Conditions:
  • Temporary position: This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.
  • Work location: The work location will be primarily in learners' homes in the East of England area.
  • Potential travel: There may be potential travel required for this role.
