Graham Rose is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to become part of our team, supporting a diverse range of commercial maintenance contracts across various sectors including healthcare, retail, and education.


The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), as well as addressing both proactive and reactive tasks assigned through the helpdesk, ensuring that service delivery meets client expectations within designated timeframes.


Key responsibilities include assessing performance metrics and guaranteeing that the servicing and upkeep of equipment under the company's contract are executed effectively.


Safety is paramount; therefore, adherence to current Health & Safety regulations and company policies is essential at all times.


Qualifications:
- Qualified Electrician with City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition

Experience:
- Previous experience in Facilities Management is required.

Additional Requirements:
- Full clean driving license is mandatory.
