Job Title: Editorial Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Editorial Project Manager to join our team at BSI. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality standardization projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex standardization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project suppliers, including technical authors, consultants, and researchers.
  • Apply and advise on editing and standards drafting rules, through the critical analysis of technical content, use of editorial and rewriting skills, and application of standards development knowledge.
  • Draft, review, assess, edit, and proofread standardization services documents, including domain research, workshops, standards mapping, and standards scoping reports.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in technical editing and rewriting.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent technical editing skills, with the ability to draft content with technical experts.
  • Excellent command of word processing and project management tools, such as Word, Excel, Project, and SAP.
