We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Medivet. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of our practice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting the practice externally.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Performance: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, while maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the practice is fully compliant with all relevant regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing best practices to maintain high standards.
- Practice Management: Oversee the planning and execution of practice rotas, ensuring optimal service levels and maximizing utilization of clinical skills.
- External Promotion: Promote the practice through local community events and other avenues, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience: Proven experience in practice management, ideally in a veterinary, GP, or dental practice setting.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in practice management or a related field.
