NHS Lanarkshire is pleased to announce a unique opportunity for a Consultant Ophthalmologist with a specialization in oculoplastics. This role is based within a dynamic healthcare environment, providing comprehensive ophthalmic services.
The Ophthalmology Department is committed to delivering an expanding range of services across the region. Outpatient services are conducted at multiple facilities, ensuring a broad reach and accessibility for patients. Surgical procedures and inpatient care are primarily centralized at one of our main hospitals.
Our department is in a phase of growth and innovation, dedicated to offering modern and compassionate care to our patients.
The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising experienced Consultants, Specialty Doctors, and Trainees, all contributing to a supportive and educational environment.
This position is structured as a full-time role on a 10 PA basis, with the possibility of accommodating part-time applicants. For those interested in full-time engagement, there may be opportunities for additional clinical responsibilities.
