Sanctuary Group is seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Professional to join our Northwest Estate Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of window cleaning, gutter vacuum cleaning, and other related duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out window cleaning, caretaking, and cleaning duties to the highest standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, serving as a first point of contact for customers and providing accurate and timely information when needed
  • Identify and report any potential maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment is maintained
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained in good condition and stock levels are appropriately managed

Requirements

  • Working knowledge and experience of undertaking window cleaning
  • Some experience of general caretaking and cleaning duties
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Ability to work to deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity
  • This role will involve driving on company business, and a full valid UK driving licence is required
