We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Aramark, a leading provider of food and hospitality services. As a Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of meals
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent
- Food hygiene certificate – Level 2
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
