Position Overview

We are seeking a **dedicated HGV Class 1 Driver** to join our team at Meriden Media. This role involves driving HGV Class 1 vehicles within the logistics sector, focusing on the distribution of fresh produce across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete an average of **10-hour shifts** with adaptable starting times.
  • Transport goods to retail outlets and distribution centers throughout the UK.
  • Ensure timely arrivals and readiness for trailer swaps.
  • Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Proficient in managing delivery documentation.
  • A minimum of **2 years of Class 1 driving experience**.
  • Flexibility in shift patterns and start times is essential.
  • Possession of a valid **CPC & Digi card**.
  • Completion of a driver assessment and induction prior to the first shift, which is compensated.
  • No more than **6 penalty points** for minor driving offenses.
