About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 6 teacher to join our team at a superb primary school in Merton. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, promoting teamwork and a love for learning.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for improving maths ability, writing skills, and overall academic achievement.
  • Contribute to the school's pastoral care program, promoting a positive and respectful school culture.

Requirements
