Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at a newly opened children's home in Devon. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing holistic care to young individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in shaping the lives of young individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
  • Contribute to the team and adapt effectively to dynamic challenges
  • Offer assessment for short- or long-term support for young people aged between years
  • Work night shifts on a rotational basis, ensuring support continuity
Requirements:
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience working with children and young people
  • Previous experience with children and young people is essential
  • Hold Level 3 in Childcare & Youth Work / Health & Social Care
  • Experience supporting vulnerable individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
  • Display moderate to high computer literacy
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
