Job Opportunity:

A leading construction contractor, A R Resourcing Group Limited, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to contribute to their team in Livingston. The primary objective of this role is to deliver the commercial requirements of regional new build construction projects, focusing on the education and healthcare sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

Key duties include:

  • Delivering day-to-day commercial activities, encompassing measurement and valuation of works in a professional manner.
  • Providing expert commercial support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and schedule.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential commercial risks.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
