Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team in Leeds City Centre. As a key member of our Commercial Litigation department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Property Litigation matters and assisting on more complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with lease renewal and termination notices, as well as proceedings under the LTA 1954
  • Interpreting and enforcing leases, and handling dilapidations claims
  • Arrears recovery, service charge disputes, and general estate management issues
  • Forfeiture and obtaining possession of commercial property and residential tenancies
  • Assisting the conveyancing department on residential long leasehold and Building Act matters
Requirements:
  • 2-6 years PQE in Property Litigation, either from a purely property litigation background or from commercial disputes background
  • Strong commercial awareness and a track record of meeting billing targets
  • Methodical approach and high levels of accuracy
