As a key member of our dynamic sales team at EMG Motor Group, you will play a vital role in driving sales through to successful handovers, ensuring every vehicle is prepared to perfection.
Our dealership offers a range of new and used cars, primarily focusing on Kia models, as well as servicing and MOT tests for various makes and models. We are part of Grainger Motor Group, a family-run dealer group operating across East Anglia.
Responsibilities- Oversee the progress of vehicles throughout the entire sales process, ensuring seamless transitions and timely handovers.
- Maintain the showroom and used car displays in pristine condition, guaranteeing a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate the preparation of stock vehicles, both internally and externally, to ensure they are ready for customer handovers.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
- Support the Sales Executives by relocating vehicles around the dealership as needed, optimizing sales opportunities.
- Load sold and stock vehicles onto the valet system and work closely with the valet team to ensure timely cleaning and preparation.
- Perform thorough 24-hour handover checks to guarantee everything is perfect, meeting our high standards.
- Manage the check-in process for vehicles delivered to the site, organizing their placement on the sales pitch.
- Assist with the fueling of sold cars and the collection of trade cars for auction.
- Handle the collection and delivery of vehicles from other EMG sites.
- Regularly reorganize the sales pitch according to management's needs, staying adaptable and responsive to changing sales strategies.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a keen eye for detail, ensuring a high level of quality in all aspects of the job.
- A team player with a strong 'can-do' attitude, willing to go above and beyond to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers.
- Goal-oriented and driven to succeed, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- A clean and valid UK driving license, enabling you to perform essential tasks.
