As an Automotive Paint Specialist at our esteemed Accident Repair Centre, you will proficiently execute the paint refinishing and restoration of various motor vehicles, while ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction.

  • Competitive compensation package of £38,500 OTE based on qualifications and experience.
  • Generous annual leave of 34 days (including bank holidays), increasing to 36 days after 5 years and 38 days after 10 years of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing repair tasks on customer vehicles to the highest standards within scheduled timelines, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and minimizing the need for rework.
  • Expertly executing the paint refinishing and repair of motor vehicles.
  • Identifying and mixing paint colors using approved systems, while minimizing waste.
  • Conducting all repairs in accordance with best practice procedures and factory times.
  • Utilizing all paint mixing schemes and drying equipment accurately for all paint repairs.
  • Actively striving to meet and exceed departmental objectives.
  • Ensuring all work is performed safely and adheres to company, brand, and industry guidelines.
  • Keeping skills and industry best practices up to date.
  • Safeguarding customer vehicles and their contents while in the workshop.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in high-quality vehicle painting.
  • A customer-focused mindset, consistently aiming to exceed service expectations.
  • A City & Guilds qualification or equivalent, such as a recognized apprenticeship or manufacturer-approved training.
  • Strong attention to detail with an organized and methodical approach to problem-solving.
