Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our Software Delivery Team in Northampton. As a key member of our Digital Banking Innovation Practice, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software projects within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software delivery projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application and infrastructure teams, to ensure effective project execution.
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies, governance, and best practices.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Requirements
- Significant project management experience in software delivery, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Project management qualification, with experience managing a portfolio of projects (£500k-£2m per annum) in a complex organization.
- Experience in software development methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
- Experience of delivering in an onshore and offshore development model.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence tools.
- Project management experience within a financial establishment.
- Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary - £70,000-£90,000.
- Annual bonus up to 20%.
