About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator to join our team at LTM Recruitment Specialists Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and value works on site and from drawings for valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Agree, prepare, and submit valuation dates and interim valuations in accordance with those dates.
  • Administer and/or advise on Main Contract and Subcontract conditions.
  • Manage subcontract payments, variations, and final accounts.
  • Submit Cost Value Reconciliations.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working within the construction industry for a main contractor, specifically on Design and Build projects.
  • Sound knowledge of JCT and NEC Conditions of Contract.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
