Facade Manager

Build Space Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Facade Manager to lead the design and delivery of a complex facade package on a major scheme in Cambridge.

The project involves the design and construction of a new Life Science development and site-wide external works, valued at circa £150m.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of construction industry experience and 5+ years of facade management experience, with a strong background in technical guidance, quality control, and snagging.

Key responsibilities will include assisting in the procurement of facade and roofing subcontracts, design and value engineering of packages, and driving the project program.

The ideal candidate will have a Black CSCS and SMSTS certification, strong reporting and IT skills, and the ability to solve technical issues and provide technical guidance to the project team.
