Position Overview

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to enhance our operational team.

The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, although those with a primary focus in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines are also encouraged to apply. This role involves executing scheduled, preventive, and responsive maintenance across multiple facilities. You will collaborate with a team of Engineers and Technicians to manage all essential systems and services, and may also oversee external contractors as necessary. Proven experience in a comparable position is crucial, as we aim for a seamless integration into our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems
  • Manage Steam Boilers and associated systems
  • Utilize Building Management Systems effectively
  • Possess an Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent credentials
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
  • Work within a complex facility environment, taking charge of electrical and/or mechanical systems
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision while also functioning well within a team
  • Exhibit initiative when necessary
  • Communicate clearly and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
  • Adapt to flexible working conditions, including an on-call schedule for emergency responses
  • Adjust to varying workloads and shifting priorities, which may involve working outside standard hours (overtime compensation is available).
