We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic and growing team in Godstone. You will have previous experience handling your own caseload and be comfortable working with both regulated and non-regulated colleagues.

• Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide clear, professional advice on conveyancing matters.
• Transaction Management: Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• Document Preparation: Draft and review contracts, title documents, and other legal paperwork using our case management systems.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all conveyancing transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the property transaction.
• Case Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case progress using our case management system.
