Join Our Team as a Bar Team Member at Gosfield Hall

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Gosfield Hall, a stunning Georgian Mansion set in 10 acres of manicured grounds and parkland. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Bar Supervisor/Manager with all duties, including bar service, cleaning, and preparation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Participate in all aspects of bar duties, including preparation, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Ensure all areas are left clean and tidy after events.
  • Have knowledge of the venue and group venues.
  • Ensure the smooth running of each service and event, maintaining high standards and acting as an ambassador for Gosfield Hall at all times.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary up to £11.44 per hour.

We are committed to training our teams and encouraging development within the Group. Experience is not essential, but desirable. Full training will be provided, including Allergen, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene Training. Over 18's only due to alcohol service, transport required due to location of venue. Part-time hours: 8-48 per week. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract.
