We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to contribute to the success of our team at Cheddar Woods Resort & Spa in Axbridge, Somerset.
This is a permanent part-time position, requiring flexibility to work various days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and taking food and drink orders.
- Assisting with clearing and resetting tables in the restaurant.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Managing accurate and efficient stock rotation.
- Handling cash transactions using the EPOS system.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a high standard.
- Assisting with the swift collection of glasses and tableware.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
- A driving license and the ability to drive are required for this role due to the use of Resort vehicles.
