Job Summary

Clyde & Co is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will play a crucial role in executing and implementing marketing and business development activities to pursue clients across our practice group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Business Development Managers to develop and implement marketing and business development strategies.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of content on our website and digital content design platform to improve the digital client experience.
  • Assist in the production and promotion of podcasts, brochures, and key marketing materials.
  • Coordinate event management, including in-person and online events, from start to finish.
  • Manage event lists, coordinate invitation lists, and liaise with key vendors to arrange necessary logistics.
  • Project manage the delivery of client webinars and attend in-person events to provide on-site management.
  • Report and provide analysis of the ROI of online and in-person events.
  • Produce reports on CRM activities to support and measure BD & Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Use analytics to monitor performance of activity and report appropriately to ensure maximum ROI is achieved.
Requirements
  • At least one year's experience in marketing and business development within a professional services organization.
  • Effective, pro-active team-player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time, and workload management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to manage expectations of stakeholders and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and a creative outlook are advantageous.
  • Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet research tools.
  • Experience with website CMS technologies, content-led digital marketing, and e-comms systems is preferred.
