Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LGV Class 2 Driver to join our team at Stericycle, a leading provider of healthcare waste management solutions. As a Class 2 LGV Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely collection, movement, and unloading of healthcare waste on a designated route.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class 2 LGV vehicle to collect and transport healthcare waste to designated facilities
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Reconcile and complete all associated paperwork and documentation via a hand-held terminal
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Relevant driving experience and an LGV Class 2 Licence, along with a Full Driver CPC Card
  • Possession of a valid digital tachograph card and the ability to complete documentation in relation to Drivers Hours and WTD
  • The ability to undertake heavy lifting and physically demanding work, excellent customer service skills, and plenty of flexibility around working hours
