Civils Site Manager & Supervisor Job Description

Mint Selection is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager & Supervisor to oversee and manage the civil construction aspects of a large-scale project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all civil construction activities on-site, including earthworks, foundations, drainage, roads, and structures.
  • Manage a team of civil engineers, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of all project components.
  • Ensure all civil works comply with relevant standards, codes, and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
  • Identify and rectify any defects or issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
Requirements:
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS certification.
  • CPCS Lifting Ticket preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a civil supervisory role within the construction or energy sector.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects from earthworks through to commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including structural, geotechnical, and environmental aspects.
What We Offer:

An initial 12-month contract with a high probability of extension and an Outside IR35 status.
