**Job Summary**

Warner Scott Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced ESG Specialist to join their team as a Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and assurance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance ESG audit and assurance approach
  • Support global initiatives to improve and implement global ESG assurance methodology
  • Build capacity through training and knowledge sharing
  • Assist the Climate & Sustainability team with digital solutions, data analytics, thought leadership, and other methodology projects
  • Partner with clients' ESG networks across the UK and internationally

**Additional Responsibilities**

  • Work alongside the audit reporting team to define the scope of services offered in ESG reporting
  • Partner with non-audit service lines to establish suitable terms of engagement
  • Develop policies and guidance related to ESG reporting

**Requirements**

  • Strong background in ESG reporting and assurance
  • Experience in collaborating with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to build capacity through training and knowledge sharing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
