Valuation Surveyor Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment. As a leading technical recruitment agency, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing valuation advice on a variety of property assets, assisting with formal Red Book valuations, and maintaining department databases. They will also be expected to work closely with clients, including investors, developers, and landed estates, to provide expert advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialising in providing valuation advice on a range of property assets
  • Assisting with formal Red Book valuations for various purposes
  • Assisting in portfolio valuations for financial accounting purposes
  • Providing consultancy advice for landlord clients
  • Working with a range of clients, including investors, developers, and landed estates
  • Maintaining department databases and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:

  • Degree or Masters Degree (2:1 minimum)
  • RICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
  • Excellent verbal, numerical, and report writing skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and financial modelling skills desirable
  • Previous experience of using valuation software such as Argus Enterprise or KEL Sigma
