About the Team:
The Infrastructure & Renewable Resources (I&RR) team is dedicated to making strategic investments in global infrastructure enterprises that yield stable, long-term returns. The portfolio encompasses various sectors, including energy, transportation, utilities, and data infrastructure, along with tangible assets such as timberland and agriculture.

Investment Approach:
I&RR focuses on significant investments primarily in private enterprises, allowing for an active governance strategy. The team engages in diverse capacities within private markets, including acting as a sole sponsor, co-investor, and selectively through externally managed funds. Additionally, I&RR invests in publicly listed infrastructure companies to complement its private market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive and independent insights into the performance of BCI's direct investments while identifying new investment prospects.
- Bring a long-term value investing perspective, complemented by exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accumulate 4-7 years of experience in direct infrastructure and/or private market investments, with a preference for institutional investment experience.
- Maintain strong academic credentials relevant to the field.
- Possess a profound understanding of the private market direct investment process, from sourcing to execution and post-investment oversight.

Networking and Research:
- Cultivate and lead regional and sector networks to enhance investment opportunities and partnerships.
- Engage in research and strategic planning for potential new investment sectors or geographical areas.
- Oversee and manage critical analyses as part of the due diligence process.

Investment Oversight and Risk Management:
- Monitor, report, and manage potential risks within the investment portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to integrate best practices concerning departmental policies and operational procedures.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
