Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team at Richard Abson Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motor vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Technology
- Proven experience working as a Motor Vehicle Technician in a main dealership or fast fit centre
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of vehicle systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000, with an OTE of £38,000, plus overtime. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:

Working Hours:
You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am-12:30pm, paid at overtime.
