About the Role:

Think Pipeline Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, building pipeline, and driving revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to identify and engage with potential customers in the German market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level prospects, understanding their business needs and pain points.
  • Progress leads through the sales process, closing meetings and driving pipeline growth.
  • Utilize our Google platform to manage nurtures and call backs, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Capture key information, including cyber/cloud/infrastructure roadmaps, to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • A results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A positive mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT technologies, solutions, or services.
