Your role will be pivotal in linking our sales & creative directors with our design & development teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time, in full, in spec, and on budget.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, personable relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Coordination: Serve as the key liaison between sales & creative directors, and design & development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Communication: Confidently and proactively use phone communication as the primary method to engage with clients and team members, addressing any concerns and facilitating project progress.
  • Time Management: Prioritise tasks effectively across multiple projects, balancing client demands with project deadlines without compromising quality.
