Conveyancing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our thriving Residential Property team at Simpson Judge Ltd. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residential solicitors and contributing to the smooth operation of our conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all conveyancing duties up to and following completion
  • Support residential solicitors in their daily tasks
  • Carry out AML checks and liaise with estate agents
  • Prepare contract packs and draft applications to Land Registry
  • Contribute to the development of the Residential Property team

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant within Conveyancing
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Case Management Systems
  • Previous experience with Oyez forms and Land Registry Forms
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
