About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at TK Maxx Lisnagelvin. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current and upcoming merchandise, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive shopping experience. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
