We are a leading provider of loss adjusting services, seeking to expand our Property Division through the appointment of two experienced adjusters.
Job Summary:
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Property Loss Adjusters. As a Property Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling domestic and commercial losses up to £100,000 in value, working independently with the support of our excellent desk-based team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a portfolio of losses, ensuring thorough and professional management of each case.
- Work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and investigations to assess losses and determine liability.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients and insurers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a general property adjusting role, either domestic or commercial.
- Experience is more important than formal qualifications, but progress with CII/CILA would be preferred and rewarded accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites and adjuster meetings as required.
