Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Celsa UK. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of health and safety within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and ISO 45001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform health and safety decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
