Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. This role will be based at our central office and involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful execution of significant initiatives, including new store openings and franchise transitions. There may be occasions where travel is required to visit locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the transition of franchises to our brand.
  • Assist in the integration of fuel stations into our operational framework.
  • Support the team leader in achieving all primary goals.
  • Facilitate major initiatives by establishing timelines and project plans.
  • Maintain effective communication channels between the logistics team and essential stakeholders during significant projects.
  • Provide dedicated support to ensure a seamless transition for stores undergoing changes.
  • Deliver insights to stakeholders regarding daily supply availability challenges.
  • Update stores and field teams with relevant supply information.
  • Handle and respond to daily inquiries from stores.
  • Supply critical analytical data to assist other departments in their projects.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource on supply chain systems and processes to resolve complex challenges.
  • Engage with retail locations to ensure proper and efficient use of systems and processes.

Work Environment:

This position operates on a flexible schedule, allowing for a 4.5-day workweek with hybrid working options. Our office features amenities such as a dining area, coffee shop, and convenient parking.
